Highland Warrior

This marks the first paint job I have done simply for fun in a while. The piece was actually a prize of sorts from a friendly contest on the Reaper Forum. Thanks to Stern for sending me the two highlanders!

I went with a much simpler tartan pattern than on Hamish MacThomas mainly because the kilt is folded so much. Also, I decided to go all out NMM (non-metallic metal) since it is so popular now :D The tattoos and face warpaint were also a new idea for me, as well as the NMM gold trim on his vest.

At our 3rd Alberta Painter's Meet, Harry Colquhoun shot these with his Uber camera and Macro light...
